Certificate is a digital document that is commonly used for authentication and secure exchange of information on open networks, such as the Internet, extranets, and intranets. The Xtreme PC includes built-in certificate store which contains commonly used certificates from well known Certification Authorities (CAs) such as VerySign ,etc. The Certificate Import XPI enables the import of certificates issued by any Certification Authority, such as any internal certification authority (CA), to the Xtreme PC local certificate store. For example: * Import your organization's Root CA certificate to the Xtreme PC devices in order to establish a secured session using (SSL) to an internal web server holding a Citrix NFuse web site. * Import your organization's Root CA certificate to the Xtreme PC devices in order to connect to a Citrix Farm through Citrix Secured Gateway (CSG). Prerequisites
* Certificate file must be acquired - DER and B64 (.cer) formats. The common certificate type to deploy for SSL and CSG is the Root CA Certificate. * SNTP (Simple Network Time Protocol) XPI must be installed.
